The Transaction Anniversary automation will now trigger only when:
- Loan Status is Funded, and
- Loan Purpose is Purchase
To ensure the automation runs only for relevant purchase-based funded loans, enhancing precision and reducing unnecessary triggers.

View the Pipeline Contacts on single page for better visibility

Added a new feature to view all pipeline Contacts in a single page view, enabling users to easily browse and select all contacts.

Improved Contact’s Bulk Update process to run in background for better user experience

Bulk contact updates are now handled asynchronously via SQS to improve performance and avoid timeouts. A toast notifies users that updates are processed in the background, and the “Select All” UI has been enhanced for better usability.
What's Improved?
When a bulk update is initiated, users receive a non-intrusive toast message:
“Contacts are updating in the background.”
This informs users that the process is running without interrupting their workflow.
The “Select All” functionality has been enhanced for clarity and better user experience, especially when working with paginated contact lists. Users can confidently apply bulk actions across visible or all contacts.
How to Access the Updates?
- Navigate to the Contacts section and perform all bulk updates directly from the same screen — no need to switch tabs or views.

What's Improved?
1) Shipment shouldn’t send to user when user get imported at company level
- Fix: Updated the user import logic to default the Shipment toggle to OFF (or retain the user’s last known preference if applicable). Validate the toggle status post-import and ensure shipment not triggered for newly imported users
2) Turn Off Promoter and Advocate Suggestions for B2C
- Fix: Disabled the suggestion logic for promoter and advocate roles at the backend. Ensure associated workflows are gated by a feature flag for easy reactivation later.
3) Company admin can’t view their user’s contacts in detail
- Fix: Now Company admin can view all of their Company users contacts in Non-editable mode. This will enhance team member’s lead/pipeline visibility to their management
4) Can’t view the email Preview in Companies Automation
- Fix: Added the preview icon UI component to the appropriate section of the Companies Automation screen. Ensure that the icon conditionally renders only when a valid email template exists and is active.

Integration: Updated TBD Import Logic to Default to 12 Months

The import is now defaulted to only include records from the past 12 months, making the process more focused and relevant.

Previously, Loan Officers (LOs) could import all available records from the loan system into the CRM without any date range restriction. This often resulted in large data sets, including outdated or irrelevant records.
- The system now defaults to importing only loan records from the past 12 months.

- Ensures that imported data is timely, relevant, and actionable.

Integration: Updated Category Logic for Encompass, MeridianLink, and Transaction Imports

The Selling system logic for Encompass, MeridianLink, and Transaction imports has been updated to automatically categorize previously “Uncategorized” contacts based on their loan status and selling system, improving data organization and accuracy.
What's Improved?
Previously, contacts imported through Encompass, MeridianLink, and Transaction sources were sometimes left “Uncategorized”. This enhancement introduces intelligent categorization based on the Loan Status and Selling System used.
- Contacts that were previously “Uncategorized” are now automatically categorized based on loan status and the source system (Encompass, MeridianLink, or Transaction Import).
- Reduces user effort by eliminating manual categorization after import.
How to Access the Updates?
Log in to your Accountable CRM as a Super Admin or Loan Officer.
Navigate to Scoreboard > Pipeline to view updates across the following contact stages:

Allow Company Admins to Assign Contacts to Users from Contact Modal

Company admins can now assign new contacts directly to specific users at the time of creation using a new “Assigned To” field in the contact modal. This helps streamline the assignment process and ensures better ownership.
What's Improved?
A new field called “Assigned To” has been added to the contact creation modal, visible only to company admins:
- The dropdown lists all users within the company, allowing company admins to assign contacts at the time of creation.
- If no user is selected, the contact is automatically assigned to the company admin.
- This streamlines contact management and ensures better team coordination.
How to Access the Updates?
Log in as a Company Admin, then click the Quick Action button and select Create Contact.
In the contact creation modal, you will see a new dropdown field labeled “Assigned To”.
Use this field to assign the contact to a specific user within the company. If left unassigned, the contact will default to the Company Admin.

Add Indicator for Email Creation Method

We’ve added a new indicator to help users identify how emails were sent to contacts whether via campaigns, automations, or manually. This is now visible in the email section of each individual contact page.
What's Improved?
A new “Sent Via” column has been added to the email table on the contact page to improve email traceability:
- This field shows whether an email was sent via a campaign, automation, or manually.
- If the email was sent via campaign or manually, clicking the preview icon opens the email template.
- If sent via automation, clicking preview redirects the user to the respective automation.
How to Access the Updates?
Use the Global Search to find the desired contact, and click on the contact name to open their profile.
Go to the Emails tab, where you’ll see a new column titled “Sent Via”.
This column will indicate whether the email was sent via Campaign, Automation, or Manually.

Ability for Automation Triggers to be combined using AND/OR

Previously, automation triggers only supported OR conditions. With this enhancement, users can now configure automations using both AND and OR conditions, allowing for more precise and powerful workflows.
What's Improved?
Automations now support more flexible conditions by allowing both AND and OR logic:
- The automation UI has been redesigned to offer a more user-friendly experience.
- Users can now add multiple conditions within a single trigger using AND/OR operators.
- This update applies across all automation types: individual, company-level, and global.
How to Access the Updates?
Navigate to the Marketing tab in the top navigation bar and go to the Automations page.
Click New Automation, enter a name for your automation, and you’ll be redirected to the builder page.
Click Add Trigger to configure the conditions using AND/OR logic, then define the corresponding Actions.
